We offer a fully personalised second home management service. There are many ways we can help to look after your second home, from managing the mail to dealing with tradespeople, handling the heating to filling the fridge for your arrival. Choosing your package

We offer four packages so you can choose a second home management service that suits you. Simply choose how regularly you would like us to visit your home. Each package covers the services below and is invoiced quarterly in advance. We will contact you ahead of each visit as a courtesy, and send a summary of each inspection with any relevant pictures.

  • Key holding: enjoy peace of mind as we regularly inspect your property, as often as suits you

  • Monthly meter readings available on request

  • Post redirect: named post will be sent to you, junk mail will be recycled, newsletters and notifications will be safely stored in your kitchen

  • Unexpected circumstances check: whether it’s a leaky loo or a broken pane of glass, we will contact you about any unexpected surprises

Prices

  • Monthly (£580 per annum)

  • Fortnightly (£1000 per annum)

  • Weekly (£1,700 per annum)

  • Bespoke (price on discussion)

Adding extra services

Never miss a delivery or come home to an empty fridge – our additional services can be added to your package at any time:

  • Security checks

  • Utility visits (water, electricity, broadband, Sky TV…)

  • Turning water, heating, Aga on/off

  • Extreme weather checks

  • Deliveries (furniture, fuel, shopping)

  • Signing off contractor’s work

  • Grocery shopping

  • Unplanned repairs

Extra service prices

  • Extra services are invoiced quarterly in arrears

  • We are happy to meet suppliers or receive deliveries.

  • For additional services, the first hour spent at your home that day is £30. Every half hour thereafter is £15.
