Second home management is a professional service where a trusted local company looks after your property while you are away. This includes regular inspections, handling post and deliveries, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and keeping you informed about your home.

We look after second homes across the North Norfolk coast, including villages such as Burnham Market, Holkham, Wells-next-the-Sea, Brancaster, Thornham and Warham.
How often will you visit my property?
We offer four visit packages — monthly, fortnightly, weekly, and bespoke. You can switch between packages at any time during the year depending on how often you are in residence.
How much does second home management cost?
Our packages start from £640 per annum for monthly visits, rising to £1,800 per annum for weekly visits. Bespoke packages are priced individually. All packages are invoiced quarterly in advance.
What is included in every package?
Every package includes key holding, regular property inspections, post handling, and unexpected circumstances checks with prompt communication.
Can you arrange tradespeople and repairs?
Yes — we work with a trusted network of local companies and individuals and can arrange and oversee a wide range of services including cleaning, garden maintenance, decoration, refurbishments and annual appliance servicing.
