Information That We Collect From You
We will collect and hold your personal details including name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number both electronically and in paper format. All information held by us is stored securely with digital records stored within the European Economic Area. Our security protocols are reviewed and updates on a regular basis. We cannot guarantee that any information that you send us electronically is secure, but once we receive it we will take all reasonable steps to protect it.
Your house keys are stored in a separate locked location to any information identifying the address or alarm code that they are associated with.

We may need to share details with our IT provider when seeking technical assistance.
There may also be circumstances where we are under a duty to disclose your personal information in order to comply with any legal or regulatory requirement, obligation or request. This includes with the police for prevention or investigation of a crime, our insurers, legal advisors or other third parties who need access to it in the context of managing or defending complaints or claims.

Business E-mails are held for as long as is necessary to allow Norfolk Dunes to carry out its services in accordance with our letter of instruction.
